.

The building draws inspiration from the existing farm structures nearby—its skeletal frame, honest use of materials, and rural form nestle it into the landscape

.

Positioned alongside endless rows of grapevines, it offers a deeply intimate experience. From the east-facing verandah, guests are treated to sweeping views across the farmland, stretching all the way to Mount Canobolas—an ancient, extinct volcano whose unique climate and mineral-rich soil are ideal for grape cultivation.

.

The internal spaces have been designed for year-round adaptability. Whether it's harvest season or the quieter months, the layout flexes to accommodate a variety of activities and events of differing scales.

.

Constructed as a lightweight, modular form, the building comprises two prefabricated sections assembled off-site and transported to location. This approach streamlined the construction process and helped control costs—crucial for a rural project where expenses can quickly climb.
