Mona Vale Townhouses
The project involves the demolition of a dilapidated 1960’s apartment building and replaces it with a boutique 3 unit apartment. The new buildings envelop is elongated along the sites upper western boundary and gains expansive views over Mona Vale Beach and Golf Club.

Two voids are deducted from the buildings volume, partially separating the apartments into three tower like forms that overlook the beach whilst creating private terraces inbetween.

Internally spaces are subtly styled with durable natural materials, creating a relaxed beach-side atmosphere with a focus on outdoor living.
